The pride of the mechanical engineering guild, the apple of the eye, the light shield: the Solifer SM. It's a motorised vehicle that rivals any two-wheeled go-kart. The engine, with its air-ripping sound, has a displacement of almost a full 49 cubic centimetres. This moped has been honed to race-ready performance, with free-fall acceleration of up to 9.81 m/s², in places 9.82 m/s². The top speed is rumoured to have been sometimes measured at the legal limit of 45 km/h.
Why does the guild own a Solifer SM motor vehicle? Every mechanic should know that the Solifer SM was first introduced on the Finnish market in 1974, the same year that the KRK was founded.
